THE CLEANSING DIET

If you thought at this you might consider yourself a little intuitive or an every day visitor (if so, you deserve my infinite gratitude, I mean it) So yes, I have a black outfits period. Leave me alone.

I have mails and comments about The amazing/awesome/astonishing Diet!

Well, let’s see. It’s kind of easy, basically you stop eating! Anything!

Seriously now (don’t relax, you still can’t eat! Anything!).

What I did and still have to do is a 41 days cleansing program based on liquids,especially vegetable juices, more specific, beetroot juice. It’s sick and I couldn’t do it so on my fourth day I included all sorts of vegetable juices and soups. Ofc you have to drink lots of water between meals (that consists in flavored water=soups or vegetable juices, as being pointed above).

You have to take a multivitamin pill every morning.

The effect : I feel the urge to kill people on the street and I smoke 2 packs of cigarettes/day (habit that will remain a memory starting next week) but I also have cleaner skin, I feel energized, light,calm and ofc thinner.

I’m only on my 23 rd  day. I stopped during the holidays, predictable, I know.

Now, before you run to the fridge and throw all your food away, you should know that before doing this I consulted a nutritionist and this cleansing diet was made after my own body analysis and it may not do you good or work for you.

Closing word:   It’s hard like hell! (please hear my not joking voice when you read this) And if you start doing this driven by the loosing weight factor please think twice.

I forgot to tell you another aspect, I’ll tell you tomorrow, now I have to count cheeseburgers instead of sheep and try to sleep.

  2. Now that I read your secret diet I really think I should consult a nutritionist. I also think that your diet it`s good becuase we really should clean our body from time to time. But I must ask you: after the 41 days what will you eat?

    you’re brave to do this!!! my congrats, but to be honest, I believe that 2 packs of cigarettes/day really compete against the diet’s beneficial effect!

    Draga Ana-Maria,
    sunt o mare admiratoare a ta, dar nu si a acestei diete. Daca e asa cum spui, e posibil sa-ti faca mai mult rau decat bine. Cine ti-a prescris-o ar trebui sa stie ca nu are efectele scontate daca e insotita de fumat, de exemplu. Mai bine ai face mai putine zile, astfel incat sa nu devina corvoada vietii tale. O dieta de detoxifiere ar trebui sa te destinda, nu sa te streseze. Te rog, mai gandeste-te si ai grija de tine! Ne e dor sa te vedem in culori 🙂

    have you thought about the oshawa diet?
    it’s only with cereals, tea and water and lasts for 10 days.
    search on the internet for more.
