Tiny dancer

Meet some of my younger friends. They said I look like a tiny dancer today.

vintage skirt, Zara cardigan, H&M belt, vintage & Asos jewelry

You already know that I’m a skirt/dress girl. Well, this last season I was a pleated skirt girl.

I’ll always love flirty, lady like dresses. But there comes a time when you feel the need to change a little, even stylistically.
That’s why this season I will pair, well, yes, still all my 42 pleated skirt with ankle boots, structural jackets and minimalist blouses, and Ellos online catalogue is the perfect virtual place where I can start shopping for my long desired ankle biker boots.

I’ll show you how the updated outfits turned out.

Last night I was invited at 121.ro’s and Humanitas  montly, evening lectures at Carturesti . The book we discussed about was “Everything under the sun” by Matilde Asensi.

“An old-fashioned treasure hunt peppered with brainy challenges, Spanish writer Asensi’s second English-language thriller celebrates China’s multifaceted history and culture. In 1923 expatriate Spanish painter Elvira Aranda leaves France, her teenage niece Fernanda in tow, when word arrives of her husband’s death in Shanghai.”  And so the adventure begins.
.
Here’s my personal notes on the subject:

– most of us think that these meetings are boring, well NOT THE CASE here!
– the book in discussion is really a great one
– I met some really interesting people
– drank some delicious Carturesti tea

Since I was so excited to be invited ofc I couldn’t wait for the professional pics to come out and had to share my Iphone ones.

Daniela Kammrath of 121.ro  is a very special and sensational woman. You learn so much just by talking to her.
I had the immense pleasure to meet Denisa Comanescu, the coordinator behind “Raftul Denisei” by Humanitas.
If you want to come, just enter 121.ro and register under their evening lectures column so that you can receive by email the title of the book in discussion  next month.
See you there!
