Many of you asked me to post more photos with my team. I`ve been planning to show you some of our team building moments from the seaside and a making-of from a shooting where some more of my team members were present (you usually see Claudiu and Antonia because they are at the office with me all the time), for a while now. However, the last couple of weeks have been so full of daily conferences, workshops, meetings and events presentations, that I didn`t manage to write the promised post.
But today is The Day. Here we are, in our profound `Greatness`. #haha #not

Somehow I think words are not enough to describe the craziness we lived that weekend. Or at least not the words I have in my English vocabulary. And I can`t write in rom-gleza because I heard Google does not fancy that shit stuff.
I`ll always remember these days as being the ones that showed me that what I do is highly rewarding – and we’re not talking about the financial aspect here.I am lucky to work with awesome human beings who believe in my story and are truly and honestly a part of it.
I am lucky to have found people who empower me, but also criticise me when the situation asks. I am lucky to have found people who work a lot and never complain. I am lucky enough to have found people who are as crazy, but in the same time as reliable and hard working as me.
I don`t have employees, I have colleagues. And friends.
In the next team building, I`ll try to get Iunia and Gabi to join us too, so you can meet them also. By the way, here is Gabi. Nope, he`s not my bodyguard, he`s our IT specialist (html and other stuff I can`t understand).
Also, the Limanu adventure (at 7 am in the morning) was a great warm up for The Party Sails, another adventure I will enroll on, between the 18th and 25th of June. On a boat. Travelling to all the beautiful islands of Greece. Here`s a teaser.
