And I did. GIN started on the 25th of October! I think I’ll remember that day for a very long time. So many feelings, so many ideas, so many dreams shared and so many plans ready to be put in motion…
I finally met the 38 of you ladies who subscribed to Morodan Digital Influencers Academy. I’ve read your reasons for coming to GIN since you first subscribed, but finally getting to meet you in “real life” was the best! Well, technically I’ve met only 27, 11 of you were attending our classes via the online platform.
The first Glass was all about personal branding and how to approach it. I’ve talked with Mihaela Radulescu & Maurice Munteanu, who were both downright divine and beyond inspirational. We approached the topics with both technical details and with a generous focus on sharing personal experience, the way I love it most.
At Glass 2 Malvina Cervenschi – who I consider the owner of the most renowned Romanian jewelry brand and Teodora Burz – one of the most inspirational business women in Romania and Styland owner – joined me for the topic about financial details, what things work for our market, which awareness strategies are best for every business and how a personal brand means much more than likes on Facebook and hearts on Instagram.
Teodora explained her strategical thinking and how she turned a brand launched no more than 6 months ago into a lifestyle for thousands of women and Malvina talked about her challenges and how she decides every business step she takes.

I’m still trying to find my words to describe the joy I felt when I met you all. You ladies are my community, the people who are like me, who share the same values, ideas, contemplations and challenges. And it’s great having you around.
