I so look like an Intern at Basescu Inc. today

Each time we start our yoga classes with Alexandra she gives us an Angel card. Every card has a different saying on it. A few weeks ago, the one I found on my mat said:

“You should seek peace by the sea as often as you can. You’ll always find the balance you seek by the sea.”

In that moment, I just thought it to be a funny coincidence because I had been planning a spare weekend by the sea up until then. However, I’ve got to experience the serenity the card was talking about just a few days ago, when I arrived in Antalya. I got to walk by the sea every evening, and ladies, there is no bath taken at home that can compare to the soothing relief nature gives me, especially big bodies of water.

The sea has a huge effect on my mind – my stress levels; it just melts everything away, slowly, wave by wave. And I’m no hypocrite; if Antalyan all inclusive services are affordable, well then, I’m a happy client.

Yesterday we visited the Antalian harbor with Claude & Costri. Needless to say, it was the perfect opportunity to dust off my Basescian outfit!

On a more serious note though, I love returning to my favorite places in Antalya. The locals have the most sincere ways to teach you important life lessons, without even trying to. It’s a huge reality check for me when I see them rejoice for the little small moments of life.

I’ve been working on my laptop (almost) non stop for the past three days. But tomorrow everything will revole around hammams – Katre Hammam is the bestestestestest,  so make sure you visit them when you come to Belek or you are in the region. And then some treasure hunting at the bazaars (i NEED a porcelain cat in my life and a few traditional Turkish dresses), relaxing by the pools and walks by the seaside. But I’ll keep you posted so keep your eyes peeled and stay close!
