As you guys already know I was one of the influencers from the #WeSpeakImage campaign by Canon.

I still remember the days I started this blog. Nope, better yet, the day I decided to start a blog. I had a pocket camera and I couldn’t handle it.

The first contact with a dslr was when Cornelia, my photographer friend who I teamed up with at the beginning of it all had a dslr. My first thought was that it was an alien object. I didn’t know how to handle it, how to take pictures with it and most importantly – it wasn’t a pink camera!

Then, I bought my first Canon (still have it) and things started to become clear. I practiced everyday and most of all, I understood why my pocket camera didn’t make the cool pictures Cornelia’s Canon dslr did.

It was magical, my stories began to look exactly as I imagined them and High Street Cardigans started to become a standard when it came to storytelling and style blogging.

I believe that dreams become reality if you work for them and I also believe that if you’re gonna fight you have to choose your weapons carefully. I chose Canon and after looking back, I can say that my choice was perfect and my future is looking just bright.
