1. Go to bed at 6 am and wake up at 14.00 pm for five days in a row.
2. Within an hour mix prosecco with vodka and beer. The rest of the night you’ll drink cocktails and wine. For effective success it should be done in five days.
3. Forget to turn your heat on, for five days, so that in the morning/afternoon when you get up you’ll feel completely iced.
4. Smoke 2/3 packs of cigarettes per day, five days in a row.
5. Eat only raw food and vegetable juices for a month, after that, replace raw food with junk food for five days.
