Have you ever thought of this? Have you ever thought that you can enjoy life and feel ohh so much more glamurous if you start enlarging your lifestyle choices?

Ok, I got the fact that you all desire to brunch in the IT places and carry a Starbucks cup around. That’s fine and but also so passe. It’s so last season because everybody can buy a Starbucks cup (only 10 lei) and have brunch at French Bakery (25 lei) so if you wanna do it just do it and convince yourself that that’s an easy to reach lifestyle. If you are a grown up individual you should focus on other activities by now. Decide what would make you happy and do it for yourself not because it looks good on Facebook or because other people might think that you’re “cool” because of this. I’ve said it many times and still say it because it revolts me more and more everyday how we live our lives for other people.

I for one, I got bored of making such a big statement of the fact that I have a certain lifestyle. I sometimes do, I’m no hypocrite but doing it all the time bores me because I much more than that. And you are much more than that so stop aspiring to the things that might not make you happy and try to enjoy the ones that can help you enrich your life experience and brighten your day, like being a tourist in your own city.

I’m sure there are many places that you know and pass by without trying to find their story. I constantly find little places that speak so beautifully about wise people, about love and kindness, about manners, about enjoying little things in life and about staying positive. All these might sound like a cliche but if you think at them without prejudgement you’ll see how they can change your life perspective.

Now, I’m not telling you to visit The House of  People cause I’m sure you did, I was using it to portray my idea, but try to visit that memorial building that you see everyday on your way to work or that old library, maybe you’ll find a treasure book and that would be so sunny and fairy tale like.

Btw, that Karen Walker sunglasses that I wore as part of “The Glam Diaries Project” really won my heart. Which reminds me, if you want to drink a glamorous coffee visit SunglassCurator‘s head office. I assure you it will beat the nicest bistro.
