It is readyyyy. My long dreamed tea room is finally readyyyy. I am so super psyched with this feminine spot from our home. Can you imagine the stories? The ladies? Can you smell the aromatic teas? Ohhh, the secrets and the delicious laughter we`ll share…
has reached it`s peak and I am a very, very, veryyy satisfied client. The result is exactly like I`ve dreamed it to be. But don`t think it was all fun and games. It was serious business, I had to give feedback to the Photoliu team every step of the way until they made my idea a reality. And we all know I can be such a pain in the a**
Using fabrics from Designer`s Guild and Pierre Frey – imported from England and France, Photoliu`s customized furniture hit right in the middle of my little countess heart.
Here`s how it all went down…

We started from the center pieces, the personalized Photoliu chairs and decadent daybed. The colors and patters were chosen keeping in mind two aspects: the aristo vibe and the cosy feeling. Burgundy, beige and Toile de Jouy patterns imported from France and England made our final cut and were used for personalizing the chairs and daybed – how cool is the daybed? #diedofexcitement
then, Photoliu revived my coffee table – it was all stained and battered and now it`s vintage and looks like a designer piece
Because of Irina Pogonaru`s – the mastermind behind Photoliu – huge knowledge in the decoration field, she and Photoliu also helped me pick the rest of the elements which transformed my former living room in this 19th century vibed tea saloon – the wall colors, the Brandusa Atena Ungurasu drawings on the walls, the carpet and the little pieces of decoration.
I give the bullet points for hearing my requests and keeping the beige mirror which is a family heirloom.
Since a few days ago when we`ve finished it it became my happy spot/room from the entire home. I don`t even spend time in my dressing room/office place. I am also lucky that my first ever room make-over along with a deco brand and decorator was such a peaceful and creative one. (you know, I`ve heard dramatic stories on the matter so an attentive and client oriented approach is bliss #thankyouforbaringwithmynervesPhotoliu)
