We were on our way to Cappadocia with Prestige, when this out-of-this-world landscape appeared in front of our eyes.
We were on the bus, tired, looking out the window. Endless cereal fields. For hours. Until slowly, the cereal fields started to melt away. Yes, that is the correct word. They were melting into something else. It was surreal. A lake? Yes, a green lake, then a blue lake, then a white (?!?yes, white) lake.
All of us, at the same time, stared at our guide, asking what that endless white lake was.

We had to stop. We had to see it. And we did.
Walking by ourselves around and on this special land form (yes, the water is not deep at all, and you’ll look like you`re walking on water / didn’t do it though, as the lazy idiot I am, I didn’t want to take off my shoes) makes you inevitably think about stuff. Exhaling stress and inhaling positive vibes.
That’s also what I felt while visiting the best preserved Colosseum in the world, Aspendos. The complete silence (if you have a cool guide, he will know when to take you there, so that you can enjoy the visit almost by yourself) makes you think about the ancient times. How many people lived their stories here? I dreamt about the Belle Epoque parties held here for two hours.

We could have gone to Cappadocia by faster means of transportation. But then, we wouldn`t have seen these outstanding wonders. Or the Silk Road. But that’s a story for the next episode. Fact is, without trying to make any PR, having a travel agency that takes care of your needs is bliss. I know that, nowadays, scheduling and programming your holiday is one click away, but for me, the idea of a travel agency and having a travel agent is sexy.
