Siren voices tell me, ‘You don’t have to keep going on.’ And then you think, ‘I’m a writer. What do I do? Sit there watching my wife clean up?’ I don’t know. I like being a writer.
Terry Pratchett
“I know the odds are against us. I know she’s a siren. I know she’s eaten people. I know she’s five thousand years older than me. But I really like her.”

Atlantida and Mermaids. Out of all the childhood stories, these were the two that fascinated me like magnets while growing up and the fascination still resides in my mind even today.
The healing power of the sea and its plants is already well-known all over the world. But here’s one true story:
Inspired by the sea’s healing powers, aerospace physicist Dr. Max Huber began a personal quest to transform the look of his skin after suffering burns in a laboratory accident. He harvested kelp, selected for its endless ability to regenerate, and a legend of hope and perseverance began.
At first I thought that I’m subjective and that this, for me is a sentimental buy due to my fascination with sea life, mermaids and all, but then I’ve read some more and discovered that the La Mer products we use today are in every top and every specialist’s Must Have List. They have been without a doubt declared by the whole beauty world as the top three most effective moisturizers and serums.
Click if you have two minutes and read about the miracle broth and how it’s harvested. I found it absolutely fascinating the first time I’ve read it.
Celebrating La Mer‘s (you can find it in Sephora Baneasa Shopping City) presence in Romania was the perfect circumstance to imagine a mermaid story. Because you know, mystery and eternal youth are some of the most hypnotizing desires from the modern era.
Nu pot sa cred!!!!!

Visul meu cand eram mica era sa devin sirena 😀 Stii, in unele parcuri Disney sunt tipele alea care pot sa inoate si 5 minute pe sub apa si au coada de sirena? Dream job right there 😀
La Mer sunt si preferatele mele dar dupa shootingul asta o sa le ador efectiv, poti sa zici ca sunt o victima a marketingului, daca e marketing misto, fie :)))
