Etiquette dress – Tous pearl ring

I imagine this is what Kelly Cutrone would say to me each time I am on the verge of bursting into tears. Because, you know, even Cruellas, Melaficents, b***hes, all in all, wretched women have bad days. Or bad weeks. 

I blame the eclipse, Corina says it`s the eclipse and she`s very wise so I trust her. Or it may be the gloomy weather…but I love gloomy weather…maybe everything has changed, like it did with `wearing almost always black`? Is this what 30`s does to you? Transforms you into another person?

Well, I`m not having a ball these days. It will pass. Of course it will. I`m not the “sad, always complaining and depressed” type after all. Actually, being in this state for three days makes me “bleahh” . Takes my focus away from important things. I`m more of a fighter, a do-er, a never giving-up-er. Oh well, mi se intampla si mie, sunt trista si gata. Va zic sa stiti. Pentru ca stiu ca “va intereseaza”. I guess it`s just another chapter to live from the “Self-Made Entrepreneur” book. To have doubts, to not be able to sleep at night thinking about all kinds of things, to question your path and your decisions, to feel that you`ve lost your way. Yeah, now that I`m saying it, it feel pretty normal. My fear is trying to kick in. I can feel it. One part of my brain is trying to sabotage me. 

But you know what always cheers me up? A long dress, a glass of gin tonic and this. 

Yeah, I`m superficial like that…

I`m in love with velvet dresses. And I`m going to wear them non stop this year. I don`t care it`s Summer and in Summer we don`t wear velvet. Says who? I have the one I`m wearing today from Etiquette and we even have our own models on Morodan Shop this month. And I`ve told you this because it makes me feel better. Marvelous long dresses make the world better. At least my world. And as you see I could really use a joy bringer. 

See you tomorrow. I`m going to take some calcium and a gin tonic. Let`s see how this works.
